This traditional rural property is positioned at the outskirts of a small village with good infrastructure, set just 8 km from the municipal centre Popovo and 38km from the district town of Targovishte. It is also 70km to Ruse and Veliko Tarnovo, 165km to the Airport and to the Sea in Varna. The house itself is on two storeys massive building, brick build and has 98 sq.m of living area.
